Treatments are by appointment only, Monday- Friday.

Cancellation Policy
At LG Skin Studio, each appointment is reserved specifically for you and requires dedicated preparation and hands-on care.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price
Appointments cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
Exceptions may be made for unforeseen emergencies or special circumstances at my discretion.

Can I book a course of facials for wedding prep?
Yes, my class flows from beginners techniques to more advanced methods and are taught step-by-step.
Is the Masterclass suitable for beginners?
I recommend starting with The Bespoke Facial, where I will tailor the treatment to your skins needs on the day.
Which facial is for me?
Every 4 to 8 weeks is a general guideline,along with practising a guided homecare regime.
