If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help. Below is a summary of the full terms and conditions of supply.

WHAT CAN YOU RETURN AND WHEN?
You have fourteen (14) calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/ debit card (as per the original method of payment). Please allow up to 10 working days for any refund to be credited to your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
